DIRECTOR OF DESIGN

Kris Pelow, AIA, NCARB has worked as a licensed architect for over a decade, working his way through the industry as a draftsman and designer. His work has spanned various industries including hospitality, retail, industrial, senior living and multi-family developments, restaurants, airports, and healthcare projects, in addition to civil projects like fire stations, courthouses, park pavilions, county buildings, and education facilities. He’s worked with some notable brands, like Bealls, Verizon, Geico, and Fyzical, bringing a detail-oriented, innovative mindset to each project he works on.

A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, his introduction to the industry was at John Cannon Homes drafting department. He then stepped into a role with WBRC Architects in Lakewood Ranch before he ventured to work at Sweet Sparkman Architects. In 2017, Kris graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College where he won a Thesis Commendation Award and a national leadership medal for his work. Also licensed as an interior designer, he’s worked on more remarkable projects across Florida within the grocery, industrial, custom residential, and commercial office industries.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

A skilled architectural designer with four years of enriching industry experience, a master's degree in architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology along with a bachelor's degree from the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada India, Hithai combines a solid academic foundation with practical design expertise. Her educational background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and an eye for detail, enabling her to craft exceptional and functional designs.

Having worked on a diverse range of projects - from residential, recreational, religious and commercial designs to institutional and urban planning - spanning various countries including India, Thailand, Philippines, and the USA, Hithai brings a wealth of international experience and a deep appreciation for different architectural styles and cultural influences. Her passion for sustainable and innovative designs is evident through the approach to the projects and making sure that each space crafted is not only aesthetically appealing but also environmentally conscious and practical, along with attaining LEED certifications, and as a current LEED Green Associate.

Hithai’s mission is to breathe life into spaces, telling stories through form and function. She aspires to create timeless designs that blend innovation, sustainability, and aesthetics seamlessly.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

With a decade of experience in the architectural industry, Jason brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to every project. Holding the LEED AP BD+C credential, his focus extends beyond mere design to sustainable and environmentally conscious solutions.

Throughout his career, he has had the privilege to work across diverse sectors, including hospitality, retail, mixed-use, industrial, education, healthcare, and government. One particularly notable project that significantly contributed to his professional growth and passion was the mixed-use buildings located in Woodstock, GA, developed by Dwelling Development. This experience not only sharpened his skills but also fueled his dedication to creating spaces that harmonize functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Born and raised in South Korea, he developed a passion for design and construction from a young age, often constructing with LEGO by following blueprints. His professional journey began at Southern Polytechnic State University, where he graduated in 2009, honing his skills and nurturing his love for architecture.

With a firm belief in the transformative power of architecture, he strives to leave a lasting impact on the built environment, one project at a time.
